So I went to Trader Joe's last night to get soy yogurt, but couldn't find any without artificial flavoring. So, here is the new recipe I used for my smoothie, and it was delicious. This makes two decent sized smoothies or one big smoothie.
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 banana chopped up
1/3 cup of OJ
1 1/2 cups soy milk
Blend for 1 minute
Yum!!! Praying for you guys.
